When you pay, you can choose the shipping method. With this option, the product is shipped in Israel mail as a registered delivery and should arrive to you within 3-10 days.

If, for any reason, you wish to exchange or return the piece of jewelry you purchased, the piece may be replaced with another piece of jewelry to receive a refund up to 14 days from receipt of the piece of jewelry.

 

The jewelry will be replaced in accordance with the business policy and provided that the jewelry is new and not used.

Custom jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.
