Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in order to satisfy the consumer's wishes.

If, for any reason, you wish to exchange or return the piece of jewelry you purchased, the piece may be replaced with another piece of jewelry to receive a refund up to 14 days from receipt of the piece of jewelry.

 

The jewelry will be replaced in accordance with the business policy and provided that the jewelry is new and not used.

Custom jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.

Sending the product back The customer is responsible for the cost of the returned product. No shipping costs are refunded.
